The exterior was recently given a fresh black paint job, with minor dents and dings. Significant mechanical problems. Engine was recently desludged but continues to have a sever knock. Highly recommend an on-site inspection prior to bidding. Interior has no center console and has several tears in the rugs and ceiling. The Borough of Waldwick is the original owner of this vehicle. The surplus property identified above shall be sold in “as is” condition without express or implied warranties. 2. In accordance with NJSA 39:10-9.1, the certificate of ownership for the 2012 Chevy Impala and 2013 Dodge Charger shall state that the motor vehicle was used as a police patrol vehicle and notice is provided that the buyer(s) shall continue to state on each subsequent sale or transfer. 3. The successful bidder will be required to pay in cash or certified check made out to the Borough of Waldwick at the time of pick-up of the vehicle. 4. The Borough will not deliver the vehicle to the successful bidder and the transfer of title, payment and removal off our site is to occur within five business days after the sale has occurred. 5. Each bidder will be required to pre-register with eBay at www.ebay.com prior to the sale.
