I'm relisting this car after the Vehicle History Report on the original listing indicated there was a lien on the car. I canceled the original listing in order to investigate. This was my late brother's car and my sister is the executor of his estate. The car is currently titled in New York in her name and she assures me there is no indication of a lien indicated on the title, in any of my brother's records, or involving the settlement of his estate. The description from the original listing follows: 2007 Dodge Magnum R/T AWD, 144681 miles, 340 hp 5.7 liter HEMI multidisplacement engine (shuts four cylinders down to save fuel under certain conditions), all wheel drive, 5 speed AutoStick automatic transmission, Inferno Red Crystal Pearl Coat exterior paint, Dark Slate Gray/Light Graystone interior. Standard equipment is too much to list here but includes many performance enhancing and convenience features. Optional equipment: Electronics Convenience Group, rear cargo organizer. This car belonged to my brother who passed away last year. It is currently titled to my sister who is the executor of his estate. My brother was the original owner and the car comes with all paperwork and service records since new. My sister and I have put about 1000 miles on it since we've had it and the car runs and drives very well. No check engine or any other system diagnostic lights are illuminating. Tire tread depth is front 8/32" and rear 7/32." The exterior has some dents and scratches, the right rear fender is rusted through, and the seats and headliner have some tears.
