1970 Chevrolet Blazer. Fresh nut and bolt frame off restoration. Every fastener and finish thoughtfully considered. Every component reconditioned, rebuilt or replaced. Only 200 shakedown miles since completion. New GM crate 350 dressed to factory spec. Otherwise numbers matching (frame rail, VIN plate, SPID). Original driveline except for front axle which is a 1972 Dana/disc brake swap. Other period mods include tilt, single wall top, cup holder console, sport mirrors, rosewood steering wheel, three point seat belt and AM/FM radio. Powder coated wheels, frame, core support, spare tire carrier, and select engine bay components. Exhaust manifold and heat riser tins ceramic coated. Quadrajet rebuilt/refinished by Sean Murphy (SMI). Moog steering components. RedHead steering gear. New OE spec leaf springs. Vintage Air. TruckWorld seat covers and side panels. Pilkington glass. All rubber and weatherstripping Precision or Steele. Tach/vac cluster. Detail oriented build. Original valve cover decal and jacking instructions decal no longer available NOS or aftermarket reproduction. Great pains taken to reproduce these decals for this build. New SPID created to reflect build. Original glove box door with original SPID maintained for documentation.
