My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 Saab 9-5 Aero Wagon with just 144k miles. I buy up as many Saab Aero's and Viggen's as I can because I love them. My favorite thing about Saab's performance cars is how understated they are...no big vents and spoilers, no excessive body work or anything...just form that follows function in typical Saab tradition. In fact, the only exterior clues as to the performance nature of this 9-5 Aero is the deeper front spoiler, larger alloy wheels and an "Aero" badge on the back. I would rate the exterior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking estate. It is finished in a very dark brown (almost black) over tan interior. The exterior shows very well for its age. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific vehicle, there are a few small scrape marks on the bottom of the front bumper as well as a few small chips and scratches but nothing worth specifically mentioning. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The rear bumper has integrated parking assist sensors that are all intact and working properly. The only corrosion I saw on the exterior was just beginning right in front of the rear wheels at the bottom, which is normal for these. The Aero specific alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. The headlight lenses show a little hazing, which is common. The xenon HID headlights do a good job at lighting up the road in front of you. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how nice this 9-5 Aero looks in and out. Pride in ownership shows throughout this performance wagon. I would rate the interior of this Saab 9-5 Aero wagon the be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats show well and are comfortable. The deeply bolstered front seats hold you firmly in place. Both front seats are power operated, heated and air conditioned. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The heater works well and the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. The audio system is the original premium sound with CD, which sounds great. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. There are HomeLink integrated garage door openers as well as OnStar, should you wish to subscribe to their service. the center display is actually legible, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats are included as well as a full set of books and manuals. Also in the glove box is a big stash of service records. As I said, pride in ownership shows throughout this 9-5 Aero. She has had the same caring owner since 2008 and 43k miles. Mechanically, this Saab 9-5 Aero appears to be in good running and driving condition. The high output 2.3L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The 250hp turbocharged engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The turbo spools up quickly and delivers an impressive amount of power. This is a quick, quick car. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. There is a "manual" setting which uses steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, too. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you've been looking for a clean Aero wagon, this one definitely deserves your consideration. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2004 Saab 9-5 Aero Wagon with just 144k miles. I buy up as many Saab Aero's and Viggen's as I can because I love them. My favorite thing about Saab's performance cars is how understated they are...no big vents and spoilers, no excessive body work or anything...just form that follows function in typical Saab tradition. In fact, the only exterior clues as to the performance nature of this 9-5 Aero is the deeper front spoiler, larger alloy wheels and an "Aero" badge on the back. I would rate the exterior of this Saab to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking estate. It is finished in a very dark brown (almost black) over tan interior. The exterior shows very well for its age. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific vehicle, there are a few small scrape marks on the bottom of the front bumper as well as a few small chips and scratches but nothing worth specifically mentioning. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The rear bumper has integrated parking assist sensors that are all intact and working properly. The only corrosion I saw on the exterior was just beginning right in front of the rear wheels at the bottom, which is normal for these. The Aero specific alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. The headlight lenses show a little hazing, which is common. The xenon HID headlights do a good job at lighting up the road in front of you. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how nice this 9-5 Aero looks in and out. Pride in ownership shows throughout this performance wagon.
I would rate the interior of this Saab 9-5 Aero wagon the be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats show well and are comfortable. The deeply bolstered front seats hold you firmly in place. Both front seats are power operated, heated and air conditioned. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The heater works well and the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. The audio system is the original premium sound with CD, which sounds great. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. There are HomeLink integrated garage door openers as well as OnStar, should you wish to subscribe to their service. the center display is actually legible, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. A full set of floor mats are included as well as a full set of books and manuals. Also in the glove box is a big stash of service records. As I said, pride in ownership shows throughout this 9-5 Aero. She has had the same caring owner since 2008 and 43k miles.
Mechanically, this Saab 9-5 Aero appears to be in good running and driving condition. The high output 2.3L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The 250hp turbocharged engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The turbo spools up quickly and delivers an impressive amount of power. This is a quick, quick car. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. There is a "manual" setting which uses steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, too. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you've been looking for a clean Aero wagon, this one definitely deserves your consideration. Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
