Classic 2002 Cadillac Eldorado, 60,400 Miles! No Reserve. Nicest in Texas. What it Is: This is my dad’s Eldorado. He’s only 83 years young and this is his car he drives down to Walmart twice a week. It’s been a wonderful car, but it’s time to move on. He’s got a new Dodge truck and he’s ask me to list and sell his Cadillac for him. Who am I to argue? What’s the Story? : This low mileage 2002 Eldorado is a real gem. It’s got the 300hp NorthStar 32v V-8 engine. Old fashioned, smooth V-8 POWER. I just drove this down to Lubbock, Texas from Colorado (where he lives) with no issues or problems. I’ve got it listed for auction at NO RESERVE! Condition: Overall, the condition is excellent for its age. The mileage is only 60,342 and it shows. There are a few blemishes on the paint and trim which I have shown in pictures. Mechanically, the car is terrific. Obviously, the car has been well-maintained. The electronics, A/C, power seats and windows all work as they should. I know of nothing that needs to be repaired. Perhaps you’ll want to replace the sound insulation under the hood as it’s a bit worn. Perhaps you will want to replace the left parking lamp. It has a small crack in it, but I have a replacement if you’d like to replace it. As I said, I drove it from Colorado to Lubbock, Texas without a single hiccup. The engine is NorthStar V-8 engine and it runs super-fast on the highway. I got over 24mpg, running 75 MPH, with the AC on! The interior looks great without any rips, tears, stains, etc. It looks nearly new! Just look at the pics. The only thing I know needs looked at is power seat. The motor works fine, but it is fickle. Sometimes it won’t slide all the way forward, or rearward. Like something is blocking the travel. Maybe a little lubrication would help it. The tilt and other functions work fine. The other thing is the key fobs…..they need new batteries. I could easily drive this car across the country. It’s ready to go……… What You Get: You get the car, the owner’s manual, 2 sets of keys and key fobs, floor mats, and Bill of Sale and title. You will also get an airport pick-up, if you need it. The car is advertised locally for $6500 OBO. 6. The pictures were taken under a big Mulberry tree and some sun is shining thru....reflecting on the paint. There are no sports or discoloration on the paint. 7. The mileage is original. It's only 60,400 Miles. 8. One of the front parking lamps is slightly discolored and has a small crack in it. I have a replacement that is included with the car. The lamp works fine as is, though. 9. The color is not silver, nor is it gold. It's sort of in between .......maybe metallic taupe. They call it "Light Bronzemist Metallic". It's a very nice color. Very easy on the eyes.
