Thank you**2001 Ford F150 dedicated Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) pickup with only 51,850 miles. Equipped with the reliable 5.4L Triton V8 engine and automatic transmission. Current CA registration is valid through April, 2016. High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) access stickers are included, but were never installed since there are no HOV lanes in my area. California smog certificate will be supplied, if required in your area. Condition Drivetrain Engine runs strong with no lack of power. No knocks, no smoke, no oil leaks. Underside of engine and transmission are dry. Transmission shifts into and through all gears smoothly as it should. Has proper acceleration and runs smoothly at highway speed. This was a government fleet maintained vehicle with regular servicing, including oil changes at proper intervals. Exterior It appears this pickup was repainted at some point in the past – likely a result of the poor white paint used on the early 2000's Ford vehicles. The government agency did a poor job of removing decals, so you will notice there is some paint chipping on the doors. There are minor dings, scrapes, paint chips and scratches that you might expect on any 14-year-old vehicle. Overall, the body is very straight and paint is in fair condition for its age. Interior Interior is in great condition with minimal signs of wear. A/C blows ice cold and heat blows hot. Radio functions, but the volume control can be finicky. The cup holder assembly does not auto-eject and likely needs a new spring. Wheels and Tires Tires have approx. 40% tread remaining and are weather checked from sun exposure. As documented in the photos, paint on the steel wheels is flaking off in spots. Matching set of factory Ford hubcaps. CNG System This truck has three factory-installed tanks (one underneath and two in bed) with a 3,600 psi pressure rating. Tank expiration is August 2015. Payment Details A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be made via PayPal within 24 hrs of auction close. Balance to be paid at time of pick up via certified/cashier's check from a verifiable institution, US postal money order or cash. Truck must be picked up in Exeter, CA within 10 days of auction close, unless you make other arrangements with me prior to auction close.
