Up for auction is a 1986 Shelby Charger in Silver/Blue. In 1986 only 387 were made with the silver/blue combination, I am the 3rd owner of the car and purchased it 11 1/2 years ago with 44000 miles on it and only has 48000 miles onit now, In 2009 I stripped the motor down replaced rings, bearings replaced all seals and gaskets, removed head ported and polished with a 3 angle grind on the valves,added a mpoar performance cam, at the same time relaced the turbo with a OEM garrett from Front wheel drive performance, also replaced the clutch and pressure plate, changed out all the shifter linkage with factory mopar replacements, added a mopar performance logic module. The car has been stored in climate controlled shop since ive owned it. The car was rust proofed and under coated when new. At some point in it's life the first owner had some paint work done to the drivers fender and part of the hood which is showing more wear than the rest of the car, The first owner had some custom pinstriping done on the car when it was new and is showing a little wear form years of washing and waxing but still looks good, the car does have some door dings in it from parking lots. The second owner at some point blew the right rear tire out and the tire hit the lower side of the body and put a crease in the metal about 6" long didnt break the paint but left a small crease, the brake lines to the rear have a protective wire coil around them and is starting to show rust otherwise the lines them self are good. The interior is in real good condition and still has the factory storage bag for the sun roof, The first owner I'm assuming smoke and there are a few small burns in the fabric that are only singged the fabric and are not deep. The car came from the factory with A/C delete and came with sunroof and rear hatch louver, The sunroof seals are in good condition except one small spot on the exterior seal has a 1" long spot that is loose. The car will come with the factory Aluminum wheels which are in good condition, The wheels that are in the pic's do not go with the car, I do have the factory steering wheel which will be included with the car.
