Private Party Sale: 2000 MUSTANG COUPE Up for NO RESERVE Auction is a beautiful 2000 Mustang Coupe that has spent its entire life in the southwest (CA and AZ). Excellent inside and out - absolutely rust-free. Interior: Good seats, headliner, dash, radio with CD player, carpeting, & door panels are like new. Exterior - newly painted, new tires, new head lights, new sequential brake lights, aluminum alloy muscle car wheels, new suspension, new brakes, bearings, rotors, good glass all around, no dings, like new. Everything is working perfectly. The paint color is butterscotch, better known as Porsche Caramel or Dodge Challenger Muscle Brown. Just stunning! Side and top stripes are painted Black with Red accents on side stripes, and outfitted with a flat black spoiler. This is a honey of a car. 124K miles - this 3.8L (232 cu in) V-6, manual 5 speed is as smooth and quiet as any Mustang that I have been in. Runs Strong, Smooth and Straight. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state in which the vehicle will be registered. We do NOT collect Sales Tax fees from residents of other states. We do not register the Title of any vehicle purchased by out of state buyers. All AZ Sales and Use taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and licensed in AZ. AZ Motor Vehicles Dept allows AZ Residents a grace period of 15 days in which to register, license and obtain insurance. We are required by law to alert the MVD within 24 hours (1 business day) that a vehicle has been sold, and to whom. Title Information: All vehicles are sold with CLEAR titles, which means there are NO liens against the title, NO Salvage title restrictions, NO Rebuilt restrictions. We normally deliver the title to you after you have paid all auction totals & fees and arrive to pick up the vehicle you have won. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 DEPOSIT required within 24 hours (1 business day) of the close of the auction by the winning bidder. This NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is to be made through Paypal, and the balance of monies owed for the vehicle paid by Unconditional Wire Funds Transfer (directly to my bank from your bank). We DO NOT accept Cashier's Checks, M.O.'s, personal checks, or any other instrument except Paypal for NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and Unconditional Wire Funds Transfer for the balance owed. Ebay can help you locate a shipping carrier. The Seller will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle is loaded on the carrier's transport. Shipping arrangements (if any) are provided by Seller as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Seller. Seller does not prep (wrap, etc) the vehicle in any way for transit. Prepping for transit is the Buyer's sole responsibility. Seller does NOT pack ANY documents with the vehicle to be shipped. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Finalizing your Purchase: Seller will contact the successful high (winning) bidder by Ebay Messaging after the auction closes. Successful high (winning) bidder MUST communicate with Seller by Ebay Messaging and by making the required Non-Refundable $500 Deposit through Paypal within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy (no deposit within 24 hours or no wire funds transfer within 3 business days), we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or make a Second-Chance Offer to any other qualified buyer. (Refer to the above for a description of the bad things that can happen if winning bidder doesn't pay the deposit or WFT balance.) In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful high (winning) bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500 through Paypal, ONLY. Within 72 hours of the auction closing, winning bidder must send balance of funds by unconditional bank wire funds transfer directly to the bank account of the Seller. Seller will provide to the winning bidder, Seller's Bank Account Number and Routing Number upon close of auction. At time of initiating deposit through Paypal, Out of State winning bidder MUST fax copy of their State issued valid picture Driver License (928-493-2352 fax). Alternatively, scanned documents may be sent directly to the Seller. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to winning bidder, all other Sale related and Title related paperwork, if any, must be signed and returned, complete to the Seller's satisfaction. If the vehicle is to shipped by Commercial Carrier, after full payment(s), the Title will be sent by Priority Mail to the Buyer (signature required). The "Confirmation of Receipt of Title" document that accompanies the Title, will need to be signed, notarized and returned to Seller in the Prepaid Return Envelope, BEFORE vehicle will be released to the Commercial Carrier. If the vehicle is being picked up, the Title will be handed over to the Buyer along with the available Keys at the time of pickup (and probably a full tank of gas). Buyer will be expected to sign a receipt that the Signed Title and Keys have been released by Seller to Buyer, thereby concluding the purchase contract between buyer and seller.
