I purchased this 2004 Hyundai Elantra, 5 door sedan GT in 2009 and used it as my daily driver. The car has 127,300 miles. The car does run and drive, but I no longer use it as it has very poor oil pressure. I had the local dealer look the car over and their findings are as follows: "Scanned all modules for codes. Found P0010 "A" Cam Actuator Pos over advanced. Engine has no oil pressure. Oil light on. Drained oil. Found full of metal fragments. Large pieces of bearing material. Changed oil in effort to boost oil pressure, no effect. Vehicle will need new motor." Recent maintenance items to this car include: 2 new tires at 120700mi (other two new at 108000mi) New right axle, rear struts and sway bar link at 125000mi 2 new rear brake pads at 126156mi I do also have the maintenance records on this vehicle.
