Fee and Tax Information Deposit The successful high bidder must submit a $500 (non-refundable) deposit within 24 hours of close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of balance due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance (plus applicable fees & taxes) within 3 days of close of auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees including a $35 dmv courier fee. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. There will be a $79 fee for a 30 day temp tag for your trip home. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
