1966 Volvo 122S 4-door Manual transmission 247,172 miles Exterior: black with chrome trim Interior: Red vinly Engine: 1778 cc B18 I4 with Dual Carburetors Starting bid: $500 Buyer responsible for pickup or shipping. Seller willing to help buyer load vehicle onto trailer. This 1966 Volvo 122S 4-door was lovingly driven for over 30 years, but has been in covered storage for the last 20 years. The body is in extremely good condition, with only limited rust on the front frame (visible with the hood open). The floor pan has a few holes that would potentially need patching as well. Elsewhere there is some superficial rust but does not weaken the metal structure. Everything ran well up until it was placed in storage. All tires now have cracking and will only hold air for 24 hours or so. They should hold air long enough to roll the vehicle onto a trailer. The interior is in mixed shape. The front seats were replaced and are still in good condition, however the rear seats are original and are in need of repair. The dash, headliner, and other interior parts are in disrepair as well. Engine will need some work to get running again. The car has only had one owner. The first 10 years were spent in southern California and the remainder in North Carolina.
