For sale here is one of the best '62 Corvairs you'll see. This one is a 1962 Chevrolet Corvair Monza 900 convertible. It is really a super nice car and is fun to drive. The flat-head air-cooled 6 cylinder engine runs great. The brakes are good and the car rides nicely. The automatic transmission shifts well. The e-brake does hold the car. The top is manual and goes up and down with ease. The doors, front trunk, and rear hood open and shut well. The top itself is in excellent condition. The odometer has recorded only 52,545 fun-filled miles. The body of this little gem is in excellent condition as you can see in the photos. The Silver Bluepaint really shines. The chrome is also in very nice shape and shines brightly. The wide whitewall tires are almost new (500mi) and are radials. The chrome and stainless trim is also very nice.The engine compartment is complete and original and nice. Very good trunk as well. The underside of the Corvair is quite clean and solid. Look at the photos, its nice underneath too! The interior is a matching Silver Blue color and is in fantastic condition. The seats are very comfortable and have almost no wear. The door panels are great and the dash and gauges are very nice. Really, there are no disappointments with the interior or exterior for that matter. Nice steering wheel also. This flashy little Corvair is a blast to drive. Every feature I have tried on the car works except the cigarette lighter. Radio, lights, turn signals, horn, top, gauges, etc. all work. This one can be driven right now. There is a very minimal trans drip. Overall, this little, and very cute, and very stylish 1962 Corvair Monza 900 convertible is a great car to cruise around town in.
