An unusual and very nice driving 1975 Corvette. L-82 package, rebuilt 350, manual transmission, t-tops, 92k original miles, three adult owners. This is listed for a friend here in town who bought this Vette from its second owner about 8 years ago. It had been off the road and in dry storage for a number of years prior to that. The original owner was a woman on the North Shore in Massachusetts, and it does not appear to ever have been a daily driver. The car was taken down to primer and repainted within the last 3 years. It has never been hit. No evidence of prior body or paint work was found when it was stripped. High quality respray in the original silver color with an unusual graphics package and special wheels that really makes this one stand out from other C3 Vettes. The engine was rebuilt, simply because of its age. New cams. Runs very strong and very fast. No smoke and no leaks. I always know the car by its exhaust note before it gets here -- not outrageously loud, but you know the car when you hear it coming. The suspension has been gone through, and the tires have less than 1000 miles on them. The interior is in excellent condition. No splits, no cracks, all the gauges and switches work except the clock, which is correct twice a day. Reason for sale -- the owner just purchased a low-mileage 2004 Z06 Commemorative Edition, and there's only room in his driveway (and his wallet) for one Corvette.
