History: In 1986, I purchased this car from the daughter of the original owner. At that time the odometer reading was 25,000 miles. The car has been under shelter since I purchased it in 1986. I have been running the car for 6 miles each week to keep it running as weather permitted. CONDITION: The front and back bumpers have been re-chromed by the Jennings Corporation. All emblems and the BIRD are new. The rear springs and shocks are new. The front and rear brake shoes are new. The car has five new tires. The radiator is new along with an added Black Magic electric fan to help the A.C. heat load. The A.C. is by Vintage Air. A coolant return system has been added. The cruise control is by Global and works well. The wiring harness was replaced by American Autowire Part #500425. The radio by Custom Autosound Model USA6 does not work. It worked for a week before I sent it back for repairs. The manufacturer can no longer get repair parts. The glass all around is new and tinted. The battery is new. The D.C. generator has been replaced with an alternator.
