My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. The Grand Prix was Pontiac's full sized sport sedan and the GTP trim is the most aggressive package available. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Prix to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As youc an see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in burgundy over tan, which is a very good looking color combination. As is the case with most older Grand Prix's, the plastics on the bumpers and rear spoiler are beginning to show some fading from age. It doesn't look bad...just not perfect. The body lines are nice and straight. The GTP package has a deep front spoiler, side skirts, rear apron and deck spoiler for an aggressive look. All of the body cladding is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with decent tread all around. The tail lights have been upgraded and the headlights have also been upgraded to xenon HID headlights. I would rate the interior of this Grand Prix GTP to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan interior contrasts nicely against the burgundy exterior. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show a few blemishes from age but look good overall. The leather seats are in good condition. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. The sunroof tries to open but seems to be on a bind. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seat all work properly. The climate control system is fully automtic and appears to be working properly. There are independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is the original Premium Sound with BOSE speakers, which sounds good. The display on the head unit doesn't always work, which is normal. The stereo does function properly. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The heads up display also works properly. Mechanically, this Grand Prix appears to be in good running and driving condition with one exception...which I will get out of the way right away. The transmission does not have overdrive. Unfortunately, this is a common issue with these cars. If you keep the gear selector in "3", the car drives and shifts fine. Fortunately, this is a powerful engine and the car is geared low enough that you can still drive it. Out on the highway, the engine is turning around 2,500rpm's at 65 in 3rd gear. You'll lose a little bit of highway fuel economy without overdrive, but the car can certainly do it. I've put the last 200 miles (mostly highway) on this car with absolutely no issues. The transmission engages and shifts properly. The 3.8L supercharged V6 is a great engine. It was an old AMC design that was used by GM beginning in the early-mid 80's that has proven to be one of the best engines around, period. In fact, this engine was a staple in the GM family from its introduction straight through the mid 2000's which is a very impressive run for an engine platform. She makes great power and runs smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine does not smoke. She starts right up and purrs like a kitten...or a tiger. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. There have been no idiot lights on either. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels great. You may want to put new front brakes on it soon. The brakes stop the car fine but you can feel that the brakes are worn and approaching the time for replacement. This car is an absolute blast to drive and her road manners are excellent. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you spend a lot of time on the highway doing 80+ mph, you may want to have the overdrive rebuilt. Otherwise, just put it in 3rd rather than "D" and you'll never know the difference. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. The Grand Prix was Pontiac's full sized sport sedan and the GTP trim is the most aggressive package available. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Prix to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As youc an see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in burgundy over tan, which is a very good looking color combination. As is the case with most older Grand Prix's, the plastics on the bumpers and rear spoiler are beginning to show some fading from age. It doesn't look bad...just not perfect. The body lines are nice and straight. The GTP package has a deep front spoiler, side skirts, rear apron and deck spoiler for an aggressive look. All of the body cladding is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with decent tread all around. The tail lights have been upgraded and the headlights have also been upgraded to xenon HID headlights.
I would rate the interior of this Grand Prix GTP to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan interior contrasts nicely against the burgundy exterior. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show a few blemishes from age but look good overall. The leather seats are in good condition. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. The sunroof tries to open but seems to be on a bind. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seat all work properly. The climate control system is fully automtic and appears to be working properly. There are independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is the original Premium Sound with BOSE speakers, which sounds good. The display on the head unit doesn't always work, which is normal. The stereo does function properly. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The heads up display also works properly.
Mechanically, this Grand Prix appears to be in good running and driving condition with one exception...which I will get out of the way right away. The transmission does not have overdrive. Unfortunately, this is a common issue with these cars. If you keep the gear selector in "3", the car drives and shifts fine. Fortunately, this is a powerful engine and the car is geared low enough that you can still drive it. Out on the highway, the engine is turning around 2,500rpm's at 65 in 3rd gear. You'll lose a little bit of highway fuel economy without overdrive, but the car can certainly do it. I've put the last 200 miles (mostly highway) on this car with absolutely no issues. The transmission engages and shifts properly. The 3.8L supercharged V6 is a great engine. It was an old AMC design that was used by GM beginning in the early-mid 80's that has proven to be one of the best engines around, period. In fact, this engine was a staple in the GM family from its introduction straight through the mid 2000's which is a very impressive run for an engine platform. She makes great power and runs smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine does not smoke. She starts right up and purrs like a kitten...or a tiger. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. There have been no idiot lights on either. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels great. You may want to put new front brakes on it soon. The brakes stop the car fine but you can feel that the brakes are worn and approaching the time for replacement. This car is an absolute blast to drive and her road manners are excellent. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you spend a lot of time on the highway doing 80+ mph, you may want to have the overdrive rebuilt. Otherwise, just put it in 3rd rather than "D" and you'll never know the difference. Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
