My 2006 Corvette is an Outstanding daily driver. It started life with me as a Salvage theft car. I rebuilt the car using a 2007 wrecked Corvette as the major donor for parts. The donor 2007 corvette had 23k miles on it. So the Drive train of my Corvette is a complete drop out from the 2007. My Vette passed it's Maryland salvage inspection and the Maryland State inspection. I've driven the car for more the 2 years with no major problems. Currently the Vette has a small Power steering leak coming from the steering rack. The Oil pressure gauge sensor needs to be replaced. The horn connection needs work at the steering wheel.
