This 1938 Chevy Tow Truck is in great shape, it runs very well, shifts good and stops just fine. It has the 215 six with a 4 speed reverse lockout and a PTO. When I found this truck I did a full service, ( all fluids, filters, plugs, wires, coil, cap and rotor). I whetted the cylinders down with marvels mystery oil, primed it and she fired right up. Replaced water pump. Motor runs smooth and doesn’t smoke. I drove it about 10 miles and other than the flat spots in the tires from setting it performed awesome. The metal is in great shape with some light rust and the cab has all the metal panels in side that are very nice. I was going to find a tow boom and rat rod it but have decided to move south so here is a great project someone can drive while you build.Relisting at a lower price but am firm.
