The good news is this is an opportunity to get one of the larger TDIs with leather seats, tires with less than 18,000 miles of use, regular timing belt changes at TDI club recommended mechanics, and regular oil changes at VW dealerships using synthetic oil formulated for diesels. The bad news is that the car has not run for a few years. The problem that put it into storage was related to fuel injection. Other problems are two bad window regulators, a headliner that needs replacement, rust on the bottom of the doors, a sunroof that sticks, dented hood and a dead battery. Whether you want it for parts or you're handy and looking to get a great car at an inexpensive price, this could be the answer for you.
