Here is one of the sought after 7.3 L Diesel Super Duty Powerstrokes. Early in 2003 these trucks were no longer produced. These 7.3L trucks are very popular for 3 reasons. 1. Proven Durability 2. Awesome torque for pulling and hauling 3. Excellent Resale Value Although they resemble a F350 Dually......The F450s and F550s have heavier duty suspension, bigger brakes, upgraded transmission, and a massive rear end. This allows for safer trailer and RV towing. This F550 Crew Cab Lariat is a great heavy duty truck and rare to find in this condition. Truck has been driven by mature private owners. MECHANICAL Engine starts like it should and idles great. Performance is impressive and the truck is in excellent working order. Transmission shifts and operates well. No dash engine warning lights illuminated. AC and heat are good. Drives and stops straight. Front suspension is tight. Strong batteries. BODY Truck has been stored under roof when not in use. Nice original body and paint. Paint still has nice reflection. Only one small dent beside right rear taillight. No hail damage. Windshield is good. Bumpers are good. Bed floor is straight and has always had Linex rubberized coating to protect paint. Aluminum flow through tailgate. The headlights are weathered but will be replaced in the next few days. Heavy Duty Gooseneck Hitch. INTERIOR The interior is in above average condition and has never been repaired previously. The tan leather seats are nice with only minor wear. The tan leather steering wheel is nice. Power windows operate well. One power door lock needs attention. No pet or smoke odors. WHEELS /TIRES Nice aluminum wheels in nice condition. These are the stock 19.5 diameter wheels that are required to clear the bigger brakes of the F550. Hankook 14 ply tires.
