The prior customer was driving it on the highway. She heard a loud bang and the car stalled and rolled to the side of the highway. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership it was full of oil and would not turn over. The service department tried to turn it over by hand and it would not. Most likely internal engine component failure. ie. broken rod?
