It has never been in any accidents and was painted at one of the best automotive painters in my area. This was done due to the original paint fading in the Florida sun. It is now currently parked in my garage. The timing belt and water pump was recently done as well as new injectors installed. There are many new parts on this car. This car is in good condition for it's age but there are of course small imperfections that exist within the car. Please feel free to come and inspect the car before auction close or ask questions. On Apr-10-15 at 18:41:34 PDT, seller added the following information: I am not a Z enthusiast, this is actually the first one I have ever owned. I bought this car last year from a guy that was the third owner and he had it for about 12 years. I bought it from him for about $2500.00 and it needed a new rack and pinion and the paint was fading due to the Florida weather as happens to many cars down here. The interior was immaculate, did nothing to it except install the superman courtesy door lamps. I had it painted at one of the best auto body shops in my area at a cost of $1700.00. and then put on a set of Infiniti rims and tires that cost me $800.00. So the body is in excellent condition, never been in an accidents nor major dents. The mechanical things done to the car are, installed a new rack and pinion, 4 new rotors and ceramic brakes, Literally installed a new ac compressor on the car last week, new radiator, new battery, new fuel injectors installed, and changed a the air filters and gas filter. I bought the car with the idea of keeping it but unfortunately my father past away in January and I brought my mother over to live with me for some time, so this car no longer fits into my life's equation for now. So as much as I'd like to keep it, it just doesn't have a place in my family. With full disclosure here, the car needs new front struts and also fine tuning it's acceleration could be made better. The transmission shifts fine and the engine starts with a turn of the key. It leaks about a drop or two of oil a night but it doesn't burn oil and I think it is extremely reliable. You can probably drive it across the country without an issue. The driver side door does not lock with the key but you can lock it from the passenger side central locking system and also set the factory installed alarm. I really never have to use it where I live so I never fixed it. The speedometer does not work but the odometer does because I've put a couple thousand miles on the car already and it registers. The air conditioner blows ice cold and the T-Tops do not leak. There is an Alpine stereo CD player that sounds very good on the Bose speakers. The power windows, power mirrors, power seat and antenna all work. The timing belt and water pump was done less than 4000 miles ago. This is a very beautiful car that gets compliments every time I use it, and i'm not exaggerating. I sometimes wonder if the newer 350Z gets as many compliments as this classic 300Z. The latest pictures added of the car were taken today in front of my neighborhood clubhouse. Keep sending the messages and I will respond to them as soon as I can. The reserve price is set fairly close to Kelly Blue Book value for a car like this in very good condition. If you want to spend $3000 on a Z, you can probably get one here on Ebay but it's not going to have as many things done to it and it's probably going to be dogged.
