My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Audi A6 Avant Quattro with just 137k miles. I would rate the exterior of this A6 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The black finish shows well for its age and has a nice shine all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find some minor scratches, blemishes and other imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The original headlight covers show a little hazing, which is common at this age. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Audi A6 Avant to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash shows a little fading from age, which is normal. The leather seats are soft and supple throughout. Both front seats are power operated and all four seats are heated. This A6 Avant is equipped with the optional 3rd row seat, which is a rather rare option. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The audio system has been upgraded with an Alpine in-dash CD player. You get a little feedback through the speakers when changing stations but the speakers sound good throughout the car. The cup holder is broken, as usual. Also, the interior trim piece on the inside of the tail gate is loose. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The brakes and steering feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all gears. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This A6 Avant has Audi's legendary Quattro All Wheel Drive system. Quattro is a completely mechanical viscous all wheel drive system and is arguably the best out there. Quattro is extremely reliable and makes these cars quite formidable in adverse weather. Quattro gives you added confidence regardless of the driving situation. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Audi A6 Avant Quattro with just 137k miles. I would rate the exterior of this A6 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The black finish shows well for its age and has a nice shine all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find some minor scratches, blemishes and other imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The original headlight covers show a little hazing, which is common at this age. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Audi A6 Avant to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash shows a little fading from age, which is normal. The leather seats are soft and supple throughout. Both front seats are power operated and all four seats are heated. This A6 Avant is equipped with the optional 3rd row seat, which is a rather rare option. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The audio system has been upgraded with an Alpine in-dash CD player. You get a little feedback through the speakers when changing stations but the speakers sound good throughout the car. The cup holder is broken, as usual. Also, the interior trim piece on the inside of the tail gate is loose. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The brakes and steering feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all gears. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This A6 Avant has Audi's legendary Quattro All Wheel Drive system. Quattro is a completely mechanical viscous all wheel drive system and is arguably the best out there. Quattro is extremely reliable and makes these cars quite formidable in adverse weather. Quattro gives you added confidence regardless of the driving situation. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
