My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 Volvo V40 1.9T. The V40 is the baby Volvo wagon that offers the safety advances of the bigger V70 in a nimble little package that is a blast to drive. I would rate the exterior of this V40 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The green-ish exterior shows well for its age. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws on the exterior commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The original alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see in the photos, the interior shows well. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets also show well for their age. The seats are also clean and comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks and mirrors also work properly (except the RR window). The original stereo has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Please take the time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this V40 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 1.9L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. I can hear a slight rattle in the suspension (probably worn bushings) but everything feels solid. The steering and brakes feel good. At highway speeds, you can feel a slight vibration in the wheel which is probably also a product of the aforementioned worn bushings. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There is a check engine light on for a "small" evap system leak which won't change how the car runs or drives. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you're looking for a clean little wagon, this one deserves your attention. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 Volvo V40 1.9T. The V40 is the baby Volvo wagon that offers the safety advances of the bigger V70 in a nimble little package that is a blast to drive. I would rate the exterior of this V40 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The green-ish exterior shows well for its age. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws on the exterior commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The original alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see in the photos, the interior shows well. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets also show well for their age. The seats are also clean and comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks and mirrors also work properly (except the RR window). The original stereo has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Please take the time and check out each of the photos carefully.
Mechanically, this V40 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 1.9L turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. I can hear a slight rattle in the suspension (probably worn bushings) but everything feels solid. The steering and brakes feel good. At highway speeds, you can feel a slight vibration in the wheel which is probably also a product of the aforementioned worn bushings. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There is a check engine light on for a "small" evap system leak which won't change how the car runs or drives. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. If you're looking for a clean little wagon, this one deserves your attention. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
