1969 VW Beetle details: 1969 VW Beetle, fun, daily driver in very good condition. 1500cc engine is well maintained and in excellent shape, and the car is very dependable and economical (27 - 35 MPG). Mileage reads 89,448 which is most likely original and correct. 4-spd. manual trans., nearly new tires, new brakes. Recent installation of a new headliner and complete interior including carpeting. Paint was done a few years ago and is decent but would be greatly improved with a wet-sand and buff job. There was also some overspray in the wheel wells and some rough masking of the rubber in the engine compartment and door seals. Sale includes the roof rack with wood slats and a new weather-resistant car cover with storage bag. Vehicle is fully registered and title is in-hand. Beloved car is hard to let go but must sale so reasonable offers are considered.
