1977 Porsche 911 S Original numbers matching solid driver quality 911. Rebuilt motor (upgraded Carrera chain tensioners, turbo valve covers, SSI heat exchangers, etc.), decent respray in factory Peru red several years ago (some minor imperfections if you look close). Interior is in decent driver shape with all features functional (radio, heat, sunroof, power mirrors, etc). Could use a freshened headliner and seats recovered. Has the desirable Euro H4 headlights, factory Bosch fog lights, and sits nicely lowered to Euro height. Tires are fresh BFG all seasons mounted on factory OEM 15x7 Fuchs and perform well on the back roads or interstate. The only small rust spots are on the passenger and driver door sill and appear to be on the surface – everything is completely solid. Comes with the original keys, original owner's manual, original space-saver spare, original jack, and rare original complete tool kit. Overall, it’s a great driver quality car that you can enjoy out on the road and it always gets lots of looks and compliments. This is an “S” model middle-year 911 which is getting harder to find in good condition. As you may be aware, 911 prices have skyrocketed of late (check various online sources including Hagerty – where I have it insured for $25k) and prices continue to be climbing. NADA low book is $20k and this one can be had for less. I suspect this will be a $35k car in the not too distant future which is why it sits in my garage for all but the nicest days. However, this is my 6th air cooled 911 and while I love them I have another project which beckons. I have a free and clear VA title in my possession. I'm open to reasonable offers but please have financing lined up prior to bidding if required. In any event, I require certified funds before you'll be able to drive it home or have it shipped.
