This Gt550 runs beautifully! Fires up on the first kick! The bike is currently kick-start only, the electric start system does not currently work for some reason. Fires on all cylinders throughout the powerband, this bike sings! Recent modifications and upgrades include: -BRAND NEW AGM spill-free battery -Brand NEW upgraded fuel petcock (bypasses the commonly faulty vacuuum type from the factory) -GT750 Seat; although I like the looks of this one better than the original, it's not perfect fit hinge-wise, so it's currently not bolted to the seat hinges. I'll let the next owner decide whether they'll keep it or not -Original paint! -All lighting works 100% -The electronic gear position display works! (rarely seen, as this technology was way ahead of it's time) -Fresh gear-case oil change! -Oil injection system operates perfectly, as it should Overall, the bike shows it's age; the bones are good but the chrome shows it's age, with pitting here and there, some common areas, like the chain guard, are worse than others.
