This 2004 Monte Carlo is in good running condition. New battery in the last month, 2 new tires in the last 3 months. I purchased this car for $4000 6 months ago but am leaving the Army next week and needing to part with it. It needs the following parts replaced or repaired: 1. Instrument panel cluster (usually get this for around $200 on the internet) 2. Drivers door has had hinge pins replaced but needs work latch 3. Minor damage on drivers door small rust spots in wheel wells.
