This a nice clean 1940 Pickup. It needs some small work to be perfect. It has a 1941 Hood ornament but it is titled as a 1940! It came from California and was sold to a guy in Mass. He was not satisfied with the work that needed to be done. I was able to get it for a reasonable price. I have had it for 3 years. So far the following has been done: * New Glass for side windshield and door * New Sliding glass for rear window (an original option in 1940!) * New Ron Francis wiring (includes wiring for AC) * New "Tanks R Us" 20 gallon gasoline tank mounted in bed * New AM/FM Radio with CD and AUX connections * New Interior roof material included (new in box) * New Rubber bed mat (new in box) * New speedometer cable (new in box) * New gauges and dash insert installed * Replaced 1941 Hood Ornament with one in great condition The truck is mounted on a Nova II Sub frame which gives you power steering, GM automatic transmission and a 350 Chevy engine. Drives great. It needs the following to be a finished sweet rod: * New Interior seats and carpet * New Shocks * New front panel for truck bed. (due to black color you cannot see it is missing) You could add AC as it is already wired for the unit. I love the truck but need to sell it due lack of storage space and lost of interest. I want to move it and need to sell.
