2015 FORD MUSTANG 50TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION – 1 OF ONLY 1,964 TO BE MADE !!! Private party selling my “guaranteed position” & “right to purchase” agreement with local authorized Ford dealer. PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY !!! Up for auction is my “guaranteed position” and “right to purchase” a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang 50thAnniversary Limited Edition from a local authorized Ford dealer which is confirmed by a written agreement with the dealer. PLEASE NOTE … THE AUCTION PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PURCHASE PRICE (which is $46,995 MSRP – No Dealer Markup), TAXES & FEES OF THE VEHICLE. Shipping costs of the car from the dealer to the winning bidder is also not included. I contracted to purchase this unique and very special Mustang the day the dealer was notified they were receiving an allocation of one of the 1,964 units being produced and sold by Ford Motor Company in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Mustang. I placed my order that day. This past week I have been told by the dealer that my car has been shipped with an estimated delivery date window of Feb 2-6 to the dealership in Austin, TX. This 2015 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Mustang was ordered by me in May of 2014 in Wimbledon White with the 6 speed manual Transmission. This Limited Edition comes standard with a long list of features that are additional cost options on regular Mustangs. The photos in this listing are stock photos of what the car will look like, including the color (Wimbledon white - which is, in my opinion, a richer looking pearl color vs the stark white that the base models come in) and the transportation wrap (that I have asked the dealer to leave on upon delivery with no further dealer prep unless advised). Also attached are copies of my confirmation of vehicle order documents I received from my dealer. Yes, they have been redacted to prevent scammers. Also, my dealer has provided the full and complete VIN number, but, again to prevent scammers it will only be given to the winning bidder. The partial VIN is 1FA6P8RF6F55xxxxx. Note the listed VIN is not real as random numbers have been added in place of the correct real numbers. LET ME REPEAT …. THE AUCTION PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PURCHASE PRICE (which is MSRP – No Dealer Markup), TAXES & FEES OF THE VEHICLE. Shipping costs of the car from the dealer to the winning bidder is also not included. At the time of delivery of the car by the dealer the winning bidder will solely be responsible for paying directly to the dealer the vehicle purchase price (see specifics below) plus all applicable taxes & fees. The winning bidder is also responsible for any and all costs of transportation, shipping and delivery of the car from the dealer’s location which is in Austin, Texas. Specific location will only be provided to the winning bidder – see notes below The purchase price from the dealer is under contract at MSRP plus applicable taxes, license fees and documentation fees. There is NO DEALER MARKUP !!! At present I have deposited $1,000 with the dealer. If the dealer and winning bidder decide to apply my deposit to the transaction the winning bidder will be responsible for returning to me my $1,000 as that is not included in the winning bid amount. ONE LAST TIME I WANT TO REPEAT …. THE AUCTION PRICE IS FOR THE AMOUNT OVER THE PURCHASE PRICE (which is MSRP – No Dealer Markup), TAXES & FEES OF THE VEHICLE. Please do not bid if you are not a serious buyer or do not intend to follow thru with payment in full within 72 hours following the close of the auction. Any bidders with a “zero” feedback score are not allowed to bid (their bid will be cancelled by me) unless approved by me prior to bidding. Following full payment of the winning bid the winning bidder will receive from me the following documents:· Properly executed & notarized assignment of my “guaranteed buyer position” and dealer agreement in the name of the winning bidder;· True and complete copy of Ford Motor Company & Dealer VOC (vehicle order confirmation);· Copy of my $1,000 deposit receipt to dealer;· Complete VIN number provided by the dealer;· Complete identity & contact information of the dealer and sales associate. This is a Final Sale with No Returns accepted. A deposit of $2000 is due and payable via Paypal within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment must be made IN FULL within 72 hours of the close of the auction unless other arrangements are expressly made in writing between the winning bidder and myself.
