LOW RESERVE. Overall decent condition but does have some paint flaked off the front and rear bumpers and also has a dent on the drivers side front fender and some damage on the passenger side front wheel well and a few scratches on that wheel but it did not impact the alignment or balance (got bumped into a couple of months ago by a Hooter's girl who was running late to work) and this also cracked the spoiler underneath the front bumper so I removed it since it was hanging down. The air blows ice-cold in the summer and the heat works great in the winter, and I have religiously had the oil changed every three thousand miles at a local Jaguar dealership. All of the power door locks and power windows work fine as well as the gauges on the dash - the ashtray lid will not stay closed as it must be sprung or something (the car has not been smoked in - must have been from the previous owner charging a cell phone or something). I had the windows professionally tinted to protect the interior from the sun and I upgraded the wheels to the sportier OEM Jaguar XJR type (wheels were $350 each). The leather on the drivers seat shows lots of wear and the paint shows its age though it still looks decent as I just had the car detailed on 01/24/15 (I always got the car professionally detailed every three months so the wax job would help protect the car from the Texas sun). IMPORTANT - I've had the car for three years and it seems to run well but a short has developed somewhere in the electrical system. Its fine as long as it is driven daily but if you leave it sitting for a few days, the battery drains and has to be charged. I travel each week on business so the battery is drained when I get back home and I have to charge it and then the car starts right up (NAPA sells an inexpensive switch you can put on the battery cables which is kind of like an on/off switch which prevents the battery from draining in case you leave the car sitting for a few days). The reserve is low so this would be an awesome car for someone who will drive it on a daily basis, and even better if you're a good mechanic or know a good mechanic who can find and fix the electrical short. PLEASE UNDERSTAND - this car is 15 years old and is in far from perfect condition though it does look good for its age. The car has bumps and bruises; dents and dings; and scrapes and scratches but still turns heads as people often come up to me and say that it looks like a James Bond car. The dash has no cracks as I have always kept it in the garage when home, and have always used a visor in the windshield whenever I'm out and about. Some of the wood panels on the doors have some cracks though none of the pieces are missing. I upgraded the wheels to the OEM Jaguar Asteroid version found on the sportier Jaguar XJR, and mounted them on brand new low profile tires about two years ago but I will also include the set of four tires that were on it when I purchased the vehicle (they still have lots of tread left) as well as the original stock Jaguar wheels. I also have one brand new, still in the box, extra Jaguar Asteroid wheel (cost me $350.00) that I will include in the deal. The extra tires and wheels will not fit inside the Jaguar trunk so you'll have to arrange pickup of those items as again, I will not ship them. I have two sets of original Jaguar keys, two remotes and also a valet key for this vehicle. This vehicle does not come with any warranty and no warranty is written, spoken, implied or otherwise stated. All-in-all, it is what it is, a fifteen year old car that like most cars its age, has imperfections and issues so I've set the reserve low but I would honestly have no hesitation about getting behind the wheel and driving this car from coast to coast and back again. I'm in downtown Dallas, TX and am selling this as a local pickup only since I travel each week on business and would not have the time or availability to help ship the automobile.
