The Rauch Double Headlight Bucket is one of the three holy grails of BMW collecting (the other two being the Munch Front Brake & a Hoske ISDT type high exhaust). I got this early Rauch bucket from Europe while I was collecting parts for a special BMW project that I had planned. Included with this sale is an original VDO tachometer. Unlike most full size tachs that you see for sale, this VDO was born as a tach (most are converted speedometers). It's marked with a 4:1 ratio on back. It will need a new glass & trim ring, but otherwise it appears to be in nice shape. As I mentioned above, this is an early style Racuh bucket, with the dished underside. That would make it correct for an R68 or R69. The R69S did not have a dished underside - but this unit can certainly be used on any 1953-69 twin if you wish. The ignition switch tabs in the bucket are in great shape, and ready to accept your switch. I had this headlight set aside for a someday project, but I don't think that day is ever going to come - so I have decided to sell it. Please ask all questions before bidding.
