1972 mercury comet gt 102k original miles 250 6 cly/c4 auto trans sold locally new here,white black stripes,parchment bucket seat interior,nice survivor condition was used as my daily driver for 5 yrs.needs front buckets recovered and headliner installed[have new headliner and front and rear gaskets that are included]the engine has fresh alt,and tune up.the cylinder head was rebuilt less than 500 miles ago and the exhaust manifold was surfaced and stainless coated at same time.has 2 1/4 aluminized dual exhaust system with 40 series flowmaster mufflers that is 2 yrs old.had the front and rear brakes gone thru 200 miles ago.mechanically the car is really sound.the only rust that I have found is in the lower rear quarters[will need lower patch panels to fix]the trunk,and rest of sheetmetal in rust free.the paint is 42 yr old original paint that has been waxed thin in spots but still is very presentable.this car is a lot of fun to drive and your the only one at the shows the comet gt is very rare.please email w any questions or you are welcome to call me at 541-915-7833 8-6 pst tim
