Roughly only 450 cars produced with these options. - Matching Numbers, Buid sheet and PHS papers. - 100% Original Sheet Metal. - Interior is bone stock. - Paint is 60-70% original but could use to be repainted to turn into show condition. - Window Sticker, Original Build Sheet, and countless receipts go with the car. - this is a rare original highly optioned TA that is only going up in Value. *******A note from the Consigner: What you’re getting is a well kept, well documented daily driver. Every system has been touched in the 7 years I’ve had this car. A true Y88 fully loaded including WS6 and W72 packages, this is a car that is driven, and regularly maintained. Since it was purchased from the previous owner, it had spent the first 2 years with more miles on a hoist than it did on the road. The cooling system has been replaced, heater core replaced, air conditioning components replaced and updated to R134 refrigerant, all gaskets, seals, timing chain, engine mounts, suspension, transmission, engine, brakes, you name it, the mechanics have been maintained, repaired or replaced as it would for a daily driver. Sure, it needs some paint and there is a little surface rust and a few dings. The interior is original and shows a little of its age. It still turns heads and people still like to take pictures of it and have their pictures taken with it. Original build sheets and records since I purchased it 7 years ago come with it as do the original Fisher T-Top covers, Fisher and GM Service Manuals, and various parts (including the original Center Caps and NOS versions which were Red on this car as it was an early model built in Feb. 78). With the exception of an Edlebrock Intake Manifold that replaced the original cast iron (due to a nasty crack made when it was taken off the engine), everything else was kept as original as possible. I can’t vouch for the mileage as the previous owner had no records, but I think the records I’ve kept on this car since then should show the care that was taken to make it a real reliable cruiser meant to be driven.
