Vehicle Detail
Here's your chance to own a one-of-a-kind custom Chevy truck. This truck has an awesome stance and a unique paint job. It attracts a lot of attention everywhere we go! Chassis: Up front the truck rides on a Camaro subframe with lowered springs. A brand-new disc brake system including new power master cylinder has just been installed. Out back the truck has a semi custom four-link chassis with the Camaro 10 Bolt differential. New drum brakes stop the rear. The wheels are custom ordered with a 5 1/2 inch front wheels and custom offset 8 inch rear wheels. The tires are from Coker tires; BFGoodrich Silvertown radials. This set up has less than 100 miles on it. Drive train: A mid 90s Chevrolet 350 v8 engine serpentine belt drive. The engine is topped with a Edelbrock intake and a Holley carburetor. Headman long tube headers dump into a 2-1/2" dual exhaust that feeds Dynomax mufflers exiting just behind the cab. Brand new aluminum three core radiator was just installed this week. The automatic transmission is supported by the Camaro crossmember and connects to the 10 bolt rear diff. Exterior: The pictures should answer most questions here. The paint is a mix of techniques and styles. A little bit of low rider, a little bit of street rod. The resulting look is unique and eye-catching. There is a clearcoat sprayed over the body. The wood bed is cedar 2 by 6 planks and is not sealed because of it's ability to age well even if left outside. Yes, there is some rust at the inside bottom of a couple of fenders and a bit at the lower cab corners. There are some places with body filler. The truck is not "restored" in the classical sense. It is a running, driving solid truck. The glass is decent except for a crack on the inside layer of the rear window. The door windows roll up and down with a bit of resistance near the top. Interior: Factory gauges are in place but not working. The aftermarket gauges work. The wiring was completely redone in the headlights and running lights brake lights etc. A brand-new custom ordered carpet kit was just installed. (Dark Navy loop) The bench seat is in excellent condition and nicely supportive with zero sagging. The floor shifter needs a boot of some kind but shifts smoothly into all gears. Conclusion: This is a cool old school truck ready for you to cruise and enjoy. It Has Attitude and such a cool stance....looks good from every angle. Other Stuff: There is no warranty of any kind.
