Overall condition is excellent. The car was purchased from a couple in Douglas county MD and shipped to Omaha where my brother enjoyed the car for 10 years. He passed in August. The V8 runs strong and shifts well. It is a 2 speed automatic. As with all Studebakers it leaks a little oil. He and I started the car this spring and turned on the a/c and the seal on the compressor hissed and that was the end of the ac. I have repair paperwork for the mechanical items that needed to be fixed. It has had the Carb and starter done. The body is in great shape. Trunk is solid and is covered with a new herring bone mat and spare tire cover. The interior is in great shape with no rips or tears. There is a small crack on the corner of the dash and some fadeing from the sun.. The tires were replaced with Cokers shortly after he bought the car but I don't remember the date. It has been garage kept and enjoyed locally in Kansas City. It has won trophies from the Branson Orphan Car show. Car sold "As Is" no warranty.
