These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. I want you to know exactly what you are buying so you can bid with confidence. Up for auction with NO RESERVE is 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. We’ve put several thousand miles on this car over the summer. Whenever I needed a car to take into the city, leave at the airport, or needed to shuttle cars back from sale, this is the car I’d take. It has gotten a few dings and a big scrape (curtesy of some idiot that couldn’t park in Baltimore), but it has been super reliable. I was planning to paint it and put a new interior in it, but it keeps falling to the bottom of my To-Do list and I’m clearing out some old inventory over the winter. So here’s your chance to get a car that drives well for cheap. The most noticeable thing you’ll see on the outside of the car is the big scrape on the passenger side rear. It didn’t do any major damage, but it is noticeable, to say the least. The passenger doors open and close like they should. There are some scratches, dings, and faded paint in other spots as well. The wheels and tires came from a police package Crown Vic. The tires are very grippy Firestones with good tread all around. The leather interior is worn. The seats are comfortable, but the leather has dried and cracked from sitting in the sun. The headliner is in nice shape. The carpets are a little worn. There are some little trim bits that are loose. The power driver’s seat works like it should. The driver’s power mirror works, but the passenger doesn’t. The rear passenger window doesn’t work, it needs a new regulator. The heater and A/C both work well. Now that all the bad is out of the way, the mechanicals of the car are all in good shape. The 4.6L V8 makes good power. The 2004 cars have the Performance Improved heads and intake and make a very respectable amount of horsepower and get surprisingly good highway fuel economy. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering is smooth and responsive. The suspension is comfortable but responsive for a big car. This car does not have the problematic optional Air Ride suspension. So there are no worries about that. The brakes stop strong. There are no check engine lights. The airbag light comes on occasionally. This car has current PA annual safety and emissions inspections good through the end of August, 2015. Thanks for looking at my auction. I am a Pennsylvania used vehicle dealer and I work differently than most dealers. I offer all my vehicles for sale on eBay. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage.

Up for auction with NO RESERVE is 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. We’ve put several thousand miles on this car over the summer. Whenever I needed a car to take into the city, leave at the airport, or needed to shuttle cars back from sale, this is the car I’d take. It has gotten a few dings and a big scrape (curtesy of some idiot that couldn’t park in Baltimore), but it has been super reliable. I was planning to paint it and put a new interior in it, but it keeps falling to the bottom of my To-Do list and I’m clearing out some old inventory over the winter. So here’s your chance to get a car that drives well for cheap.
The most noticeable thing you’ll see on the outside of the car is the big scrape on the passenger side rear. It didn’t do any major damage, but it is noticeable, to say the least. The passenger doors open and close like they should. There are some scratches, dings, and faded paint in other spots as well. The wheels and tires came from a police package Crown Vic. The tires are very grippy Firestones with good tread all around.
The leather interior is worn. The seats are comfortable, but the leather has dried and cracked from sitting in the sun. The headliner is in nice shape. The carpets are a little worn. There are some little trim bits that are loose. The power driver’s seat works like it should. The driver’s power mirror works, but the passenger doesn’t. The rear passenger window doesn’t work, it needs a new regulator. The heater and A/C both work well.
Now that all the bad is out of the way, the mechanicals of the car are all in good shape. The 4.6L V8 makes good power. The 2004 cars have the Performance Improved heads and intake and make a very respectable amount of horsepower and get surprisingly good highway fuel economy. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering is smooth and responsive. The suspension is comfortable but responsive for a big car. This car does not have the problematic optional Air Ride suspension. So there are no worries about that. The brakes stop strong. There are no check engine lights. The airbag light comes on occasionally.
This car has current PA annual safety and emissions inspections good through the end of August, 2015.

Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.
In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time, while the auction is live or after the auction closes. The seller may, at its sole discretion, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on this or future auctions.
Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with No Reserve auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any kind of warranty.

Vehicles ten model years old and older are exempt from odometer disclosure, this is a federal law. Mileage may be listed as "exempt" or "TMU" on titles for vehicles older than ten model years old. Should we have reason to believe that mileage listed for a vehicle is inaccurate, this will be disclosed within the written description provided for the vehicle regardless of the odometer status listed on the title.
