I'm selling a 2002 Volkswagen Beetle GLS. Title in hand. We have purchased another car and this one has to go. Below I will list all of the pro's and con's of this vehicle but let me tell you the Pro's first. This car has less then 90k miles and has had a new head installed on it 800 miles ago. No major body damage to speak off. It has leather interior with a power sunroof. It's a automatic as well. It has a new alternator, starter, timing belt, O2 sensor, cabin air filter, euro head light switch (which allows you to turn on your parking lights alone), water pump, thermostat, belts, hoses, recent oil change (1k miles ago) and new air filter and LED interior lights and a few other things I can't remember. I built this car to last for a long time. It has blackout out tail lights, clear turn signals, tint and Dodge Neon SRT 17" rims, sunroof, heated leather seats, power mirrors and locks. I will also include 3 transponder keys with the sale (valued at $75 each). The car starts and drive great but it does have some small problems I will disclose so the new owner can continue where I left off. Now for the cons. You will need: new tires paint job(clear coat is flaking off in spots) oil pressure sensor AC needs to be charged. The EPC light has started to come on at times. This is caused by a faulty brake light switch which is $23.00 from most online auto part stores. It has a salvage title which means if was considered totaled in the past and was repaired. This was done before I purchased it but there is no damage now. The check engine light doesn't come on but the last time I checked it for codes there were none. I would consider this a mild project due to the fact it is running great. It is NOT a parts car. I would like you to come drive it and bring your mechanic just in case I have forgot something.
