This will be my third time listing my truck on eBay. First time reserve was not met, second time I received a deposit, pulled the ad off eBay and than buyer changed his mind because he thought that the plasti dip was a paint job. Thank you. 1996 Hummer H1 6.5L Turbo DieselFully customized Interior and Exterior I purchased this truck with the purpose to create the Ultimate "Luxury" Hummer H1. My goal was to daily drive this Hummer and I did for 10,000+ miles. No expense has been spared to ensure that this Hummer is top notch and sorted in every aspect. It has cost me close to $70k in mods to bring this truck where it is today. I cant even imagine to describe how many man hours have gone into this hummer. The attention this truck gets when driving down the road is insane. I have done my best to describe all the custom modifications that have been done to this truck in the description below. There is also a video at the very bottom doing an exterior walk around in my garage. The original color exterior color of the Hummer is black. It has been Plasti Dipped in anthracite to protect the paint underneath. I'm selling this truck only because I am looking for a fully built 997 Porsche Turbo or fully built Viper GTS. HUMMER H1 UPGRADE LIST: YEAR 1996 UPGRADES PERFORMED:Has the upgraded HVAC Unit. A/C blows ice cold air.Motors built before 1999 could have the possible issue of cylinder #8 cracking. A thorough pre purchase inspection was completed when I purchased the truck and this motor does not have any cylinder #8 issues. The motor feels bulletproof.Since I have purchased the truck I have driven over 10,000 miles and it has been meticulously maintained with oil changes completed every 3 months or 3,000 miles using Royal Purple 5w40 engine oil.Heat insulation was installed underneath the shifter boot to prevent heat from entering the cabin.ELECTRONICS:Viper alarm smart start using your smart phone to engine start, lock and/or unlock.
