One owner, 1968 Pontiac Firebird, 400 3 speed manual transmission. Here is a great find, a one owner Southern California Manual trans big block Firebird. This car has always been garaged and pampered. I got this great car from my neighbor and he is/was the original owner and the clear title is still in his name. The California sun took its toll on the paint and it needed a respray as well as a new vinyl top. I hate to mess with original patina but in this case it just had to be attended to. Zero rust on this car. The original sheet metal and under carriage is just the way it should be. 100% rust free and gorgeous.!!!! Not even a speck of rust under the vinyl top. Really dry car. The 400 brute of a motor was just rebuilt with high quality AMERICAN internals. No Chinese B.S. junk here!! It was done right and runs like a top. Odd but cool, the motor mated from the factory to a 3 speed manual transmission. Its a blast to drive. Starts rights up and drives straight and smooth down the road. Nice rumble to the factory dual exhaust, no leaks or ticks, weird noise's etc. Its a real pleasure to fire it up and drive.Thumbs up everywhere you go in this car. New brakes, radiator. starter and the list goes on. The interior, glass, chrome is very nice as well. The pictures say it all. I am thinning the herd so to speak and this car has been sorted out and needs a new owner. Really really nice driver. Not a show car. Some minor imperfections, could be enjoyed as it is or taken to a show car level. I personally like to drive them, not trailer them. Pontiac dark green on ivy gold interior. Really nice color combo!
