I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a completely stock 1996 BMW M3 coupe. The BMW M3 needs no introduction...so I'll skip all of the educational stuff and get right to it. I would rate the exterior of this M3 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking car. The silver finish shows a little fading on the hood but looks good overall. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines are straight and true. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The front and rear splitters are both in good condition. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels also show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this M3 is. The most significant thing to point out on this M3 is the lack of rust on the body. By this age, many E36's develop body rust...but this one looks clean. I would rate the interior of this M3 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, the interior shows very well but there are a few common E36 issues to point out. The door panels are both clean but the drivers panel is slightly loose and the trim piece around the door handle is missing. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean with minor sag visible in the headliner. The deeply bolstered sport seats show well and are comfortable, but you can see that the drivers seat is torn along one of the seams if you look closely. One nice thing about this specific M3 is that is has the factory wooden door handles, shifter and interior accents...which is uncommon. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seat and sunroof all work properly. The only other common issue I need to point out is that the radio/climate control displays come on when they want to. The radio does work...and the climate control does work, but the displays are often off and unresponsive. The trunk is spacious and clean. The original matching Motorsport spare is still present. Again, please look at each of the photos carefully to see how clean this M3 is. Mechanically, this M3 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I've personally put several hundred miles on this M3 with absolutely no issues...unless you count uncontrollable smiling as an issue. Needless to say, her road manners are excellent. The BMW Motorsport suspension does an excellent job at handling corners and keeping the car composed. Everything feels tight and well sorted, just like it should. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The ABS/ASC lights are on. I'm not sure why, but I believe an M3 with drivers aids is sort of an oxymoron anyway. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and precise as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This car is an absolute blast to drive in nearly every driving situation. It is truly a drivers car in every sense. The fact that this M3 is completely stock speaks volumes to her previous owner and his appreciation of this car for exactly what it is. She comes as a fresh NEW CAR TRADE and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of October, 2015. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a completely stock 1996 BMW M3 coupe. The BMW M3 needs no introduction...so I'll skip all of the educational stuff and get right to it. I would rate the exterior of this M3 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking car. The silver finish shows a little fading on the hood but looks good overall. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines are straight and true. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The front and rear splitters are both in good condition. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels also show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this M3 is. The most significant thing to point out on this M3 is the lack of rust on the body. By this age, many E36's develop body rust...but this one looks clean.
I would rate the interior of this M3 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, the interior shows very well but there are a few common E36 issues to point out. The door panels are both clean but the drivers panel is slightly loose and the trim piece around the door handle is missing. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean with minor sag visible in the headliner. The deeply bolstered sport seats show well and are comfortable, but you can see that the drivers seat is torn along one of the seams if you look closely. One nice thing about this specific M3 is that is has the factory wooden door handles, shifter and interior accents...which is uncommon. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seat and sunroof all work properly. The only other common issue I need to point out is that the radio/climate control displays come on when they want to. The radio does work...and the climate control does work, but the displays are often off and unresponsive. The trunk is spacious and clean. The original matching Motorsport spare is still present. Again, please look at each of the photos carefully to see how clean this M3 is.
Mechanically, this M3 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I've personally put several hundred miles on this M3 with absolutely no issues...unless you count uncontrollable smiling as an issue. Needless to say, her road manners are excellent. The BMW Motorsport suspension does an excellent job at handling corners and keeping the car composed. Everything feels tight and well sorted, just like it should. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The ABS/ASC lights are on. I'm not sure why, but I believe an M3 with drivers aids is sort of an oxymoron anyway. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are smooth and precise as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This car is an absolute blast to drive in nearly every driving situation. It is truly a drivers car in every sense. The fact that this M3 is completely stock speaks volumes to her previous owner and his appreciation of this car for exactly what it is. She comes as a fresh NEW CAR TRADE and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of October, 2015. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
