California, Freemont built. I purchased the car in 2000. I purchased the car from someone who brought the car to Minnesota. That owner rebuilt the engine and transmission and sent the shifter to Hurst. I later had the posi 355 rebuilt. I then started a frame off restoration of a car that still retained it's original white exterior. The panels, floors, and trunk were in very good condition, and also retaining original paint. I changed the exterior color to royal mist which is a color offered that year. The blue interior is the original color. I believe the drivetrain is original due to the date codes, but I have no way to prove it. The heads have the T which I believe only came on the L69. I do not have the build sheet. This was and is a very straight car. The drive train runs great and strong. Carbs kick in as they should. -windows were prof. polished all stainless were prof polished build date is 6A-first week of June Engine and transmission have about 1700 miles. The rest of the car has about 1200 miles since the frame off restoration which was completed in 2004. A lot of time and money was in this restoration,. However there are a couple of minor issues I am trying to finish. The horns will toot, but the horn relay may have an issue, along with the wipers. I never put freon in the ac. Heater works fine as does the radio which also has a rear speaker. Ask questions, as I am sure I missed some items. There are no expressed or written warranties. Car is sold as is.
