1975 Corvette Stingray Refurbished Rolling/Running Chassis My loss is your gain if you are looking for a project to complete. I’m moving and can’t take the project with me. Over $6K invested … read on for details. Approximately 99K on car before restoration Body taken off of frame and frame was sandblasted, checked for alignment, minor repairs performed, primed and painted All other re-usable metal parts had rust removed using electrolysis, primed and painted New suspension bushings, new ball joints, tie rod ends, etc. Steering box was removed, disassembled, cleaned lubed adjusted and reinstalled Rebuilt PS pump and control valve. New PS Cylinder and new hoses Rebuilt alternator New aluminum radiator Original engine was replaced with a rebuilt 1970 corvette 350 (bored to 355). Work professionally done by Bobs Performance shop in Florida. Engine has 2K on it and is installed, tuned and running great. New seals and filter installed on TH400 trannsmission. Transmission is in good working condition. Drive shafts refurbished with new u-joints Gas tank cleaned inside and out New brake and fuel lines and hoses. Brake calipers rebuilt, new pads installed. New rotors. New parking brake stainless hardware. New wheel bearings Rebuilt both trailing arms to specifications New Corvette Central exhaust w/ Stainless Magnaflow Mufflers New tires and refurbished rally wheels (sandblasted, primed and painted). Set of trim rings and center caps included (driver quality) If you have a good body, the chassis is ready to receive it. The original body and interior will require restoration but it can be included if the buyer wants it. The original car was Flame Orange with a black interior. It has had multiple layers of paint and was Red when I bought it. Black interior is original and mostly complete except for the parking brake console cover. The original body was reinstalled minus the front clip (included); new body mounts and bolts. Body requires restoration but the firewall area and rocker channel repairs are complete. Upper windshield frame still needs to be repaired or replaced (replacement frame included). Original AC parts will be included including air handler, compressor, condenser, hoses, etc. The car can be driven (around the block) for inspection and loading onto a trailer. THE INTERIOR IS NOT INSTALLED. To the best of my recollection, I will describe it the best I can. The interior is mostly complete. The steering wheel could use paint and a new leather cover but otherwise it is in good working condition. The seat covers are fair but need a good cleaning and conditioning...some minor tears as I recall. Seat backs are cracked and the frames need to be refurbished (rusted). Door cards and kick panels are OK as are dash panels. Dash top is cracked where the speakers go (it is very dry). Windshield frame covers are dry and in fair condition. Original radio and amp are included as are gauges. I don't know if they work because the car was dismantled before I had it running. No rug. Parking brake console is missing but the brake assembly is installed and working. Heat/AC vents are in good condition. T-Top liners are OK. INTERIOR IS NOT INSTALLED
