This is a Florida Porsche Boxster which has never been out of the state. It has the barely noticeable parking lot door dimples, the dash is sun kissed, leather seats have normal wear, and there's a small crease in the rear lower bumper. Having said that, it is a reliable daily driver and head turner. If you've ever owned a Boxster or thought about it there are three items that appear in the blogs which are at the center of your Boxster's engine health; the Coolant Expansion Tank, the Air Oil Separator and the Oil Cooler. They all fail one way or another and therefore I have replaced all three with new ones; yes even with only 55k on the engine. I'm probably the only Boxster seller that will tell you about these but you can read the blogs yourself and thank me later. I purchased this car intending to keep it as it reminded me of the Porsches my Dad drove (my Mom accidently burned one down to the frame) and I knew its original owner and history, but financial guru Dave Ramsey ruined that idea when he said,".. ..pay off all of your debts first then purchase a car with cash." Darn Dave! New brake pads, rear tires, battery and climate control module are just a few of the other parts I've replaced. The metropol blue convertible top is five years new. The spare is 'like new'. Coolant systems have been recently serviced. I have the original Owners Manuals and Window Sticker. It says it came with all of the Std. Equipment and a Sport Package, as well as, Optional Painted Roll Bar, 17" Sport Classic Wheels, Aluminum Instrument Dials, Aluminum Leather Shifter and Brake Handle. The sticker reads $49,491.
