57 LARGE pictures below I sold the car in 2011 to an older couple as an anniversary gift to themselves, car had 115k on it, they were moving to NH and I bought it back in June of this year. The car has been to Mpact car show in Pocono and Bimmerfest east as well as a few shows in between. Always gets attention. If you are looking for a "perfect" M5, this is NOT the car for you... The car is VERY presentable, but not perfect. This has been my daily driver all summer and I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere.2000 BMW M5, V8, 6-speed, 133k, Avus Blue on Silverstone and black leather, clutch was done 3000 miles ago, new brakes, new thrust arm bushings, oil changed (using Liquid Moly 10w-60), Redline in the Trans and Diff, tires are Michelin Pilot Supersports with good tread all around, 19" powder coated Reps (Lazer rootbeer), car is sitting on H&R sport springs, but the orig. springs come with the car. Cold A/C, good heat, heated seats work fine, everything in the cluster works fine, traction and sport buttons work fine, current PA inspection and emissions, car runs and drives great. The "GOODS" are obvious... The "BADS": The car has a bank 2 vanos solenoid code that comes and throws the check engine light, sometimes I'll clear it and it won't return for a few hundred miles, other times it's right back. The car rides rough due to the H&R Sport springs, the rear parking sensors don't currently work (they do beep when you put it in rev), there is a tape stuck in the cassette player (radio and Navigation work fine), the car has a 2003 M5 steering wheel and radio/ cruise functions on the wheel do not work, horn works fine. The center vent is cracked where the previous owner installed a cell phone holder, the window switch cluster on drivers door has a loose child safety lock button, all the windows work fine though. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, so I URGE you to come see the car for yourself. NO TRADES, the only reason I'm selling it is because I just bought a Estoril Blue X5 4.8is and a Estoril Blue M3 sedan.
