Vehicle Detail

Though you would probably never notice, this is a very well done coupe to fastback conversion with a big block motor that would have never fit from the factory... Therefore, it goes without saying that this is NOT a show car and/or factory correct restoration... If you are looking for a perfect, numbers matching vehicle to stare at in your garage and never drive, than this is NOT the car for you and you might as well click the back button now. However...If you are looking for a truly bad ass hot rod that you can drive daily like you stole it, then please read on... Body / Paint... Not perfect by any means but very presentable. Several small cracks, scratches, & imperfections. The hood scoop, roof, wheels & rear spoiler are done in flat black. Rest of the car is gloss black. Glass... Rear window has a few scratches but not bad enough to show up in any of the pictures I attempted. Windshield looks almost new. Side windows are in better than average condition & roll up and down requiring only minimal assistance. Trim/Chrome... Front & rear bumpers are close to new condition. Side window trim is average & mirrors are new. Wheels / Tires... Flat black Cragar Quick Star II rims w/ new lug nuts & chrome center caps. BFG Radial T/A Tires are almost 100% (14" in front & 15" out back) Suspension (rear)... Stock with adjustable air shocks, traction bars, & New Addco 3/4" sway bar. Suspension (front)... Stock with New Addco 1.125" sway bar (the BIG one) Gauges / Lights / Electrical... All gauges work including speedometer, oil pressure, water temp, fuel, battery, tachometer & manifold vac. (tach & manifold vac. are located in stock radio location...radio is mounted under dash). All lights work as they should including park lights, low beam, high beam, instruments, rear tag light, brake lights, under-dash courtesy lights, & rear interior courtesy lights. Interior trim... Seats are in very good shape. Dash pad in good shape. Headliner in good shape. All interior panels are in good shape and are NOT cut up. Carpet is in good shape although carpet on back side of rear folding seat is a little faded. Mechanical... BIG Block 390 FE motor. Shock towers have been cut & re-welded to fit motor (not a hack-job). Lots of power & sounds awesome. Upgraded top end with Precision Oil Products billet aluminum rocker shaft perches, end stands, & rocker arm spacers. (2) 4bbl Edelbrock carbs on top of offenhauser intake. Aluminum valve covers. Accel coil, 8mm wires, & points eliminator kit. Twin K&N air filters. Aluminum water pump & crank pulleys. Aluminum radiator & overflow bottle. Supplemental electric pusher fan w/ temp on-off & mechanical flex fan. Trunk mounted yellow top optima battery with quick disconnect. 4 Speed shifts well. 9" rear (non-posi). Mechanical choke. RobbMc gear-reduction mini starter. Leaves a quarter-sized oil spot on the floor of the garage when sitting. Parking Brake... Inoperative Seat Belts... None Heater...Works as it should. Wipers...Work as they should including washers. Turn Signals...Work as they should however the auto-cancel feature only works when turning left. You must turn off manually after turning right. Stereo... AM/FM Cassette mounted under dash with front kick-panel speakers. I strongly advise any perspective bidder to do their due diligence and check the car out in person before bidding. I am NOT a trained mechanic or dealer and have attempted to describe the car to the best of my ability...With that being said, car is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty of any kind. Shipping is sole responsibility of winning bidder. I reserve the right to stop the auction at ANY time unless the "buy it now" option is exercised. Please let me know if there are any questions and I will do my very best to get back to you within 24 hours. Thanks for looking! FYI...the one (and only) negative feedback that I just received is total B.S.! Even though I sold the Jeep for a good friend and it wasn't my personal vehicle, I did drive the Jeep and took the pictures myself and there was NO airbag light on when I listed it. Furthermore, the guy picked up the Jeep IN PERSON and if what he says was really true, it should have and would have been addressed before he drove it away (with the tags that he has yet to return!).
