My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purcahse. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An adminstrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 Volvo 960 sedan. The nine series Volvo was the flagship of the brand through the late 90's until it was replaced by the S80. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Volvo. It is finished in white with rare black interior. The paint shows well for an older car. There is no noteworthy damage to disclose. However, please expect to find a few scratches and scrapes commensurate with age and mileage. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The alloy wheels show well. The rear tires are good but the fronts should be replaced as they are snow tires and eventually leak air out if it sits a few days. Please read this entire description. I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Black interior is pretty uncommon in a Volvo. The door cards are clean and tight...with minimal pulling visible, which is common as these age. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are also clean. The wood interior accents show well, too. The leather seats also show well for their age and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof work properly. The stereo is the original Volvo Premium Sound with CD. You'll need to get the code from a Volvo dealer for the radio. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well. I don't thing the air conditioner blows cold. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Volvo will need work. The 2.9L inline six cylinder engine starts easily but runs rough. It feels like a mis in one of the cylinders. The car does run and drive...just a little rough. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. You can feel a little wear in the suspension bushings but the major stuff feels okay. There is a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds (probably mostly due to the bad front tires). The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all the gears. The vibration is a little annoying on the highway but she feels solid, otherwise. Please understand that you'll have to put some money into this car right away to get it right. You should be able to drive it home with no problems but I would not recommend a long drive in this condition. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purcahse. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An adminstrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 Volvo 960 sedan. The nine series Volvo was the flagship of the brand through the late 90's until it was replaced by the S80. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Volvo. It is finished in white with rare black interior. The paint shows well for an older car. There is no noteworthy damage to disclose. However, please expect to find a few scratches and scrapes commensurate with age and mileage. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The alloy wheels show well. The rear tires are good but the fronts should be replaced as they are snow tires and eventually leak air out if it sits a few days. Please read this entire description.
I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Black interior is pretty uncommon in a Volvo. The door cards are clean and tight...with minimal pulling visible, which is common as these age. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are also clean. The wood interior accents show well, too. The leather seats also show well for their age and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof work properly. The stereo is the original Volvo Premium Sound with CD. You'll need to get the code from a Volvo dealer for the radio. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well. I don't thing the air conditioner blows cold. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Volvo will need work. The 2.9L inline six cylinder engine starts easily but runs rough. It feels like a mis in one of the cylinders. The car does run and drive...just a little rough. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. You can feel a little wear in the suspension bushings but the major stuff feels okay. There is a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds (probably mostly due to the bad front tires). The brakes stop this sedan with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all the gears. The vibration is a little annoying on the highway but she feels solid, otherwise. Please understand that you'll have to put some money into this car right away to get it right. You should be able to drive it home with no problems but I would not recommend a long drive in this condition. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
