1964 Cadillac Sedan DeVille. 114,000 original miles. 429cu in. 8cyl. Engine. 3spd TH transmission. Recent work: 3 new tires. (have spare wheel and original jack)-Fall of 2013 Master cylinder, brake lines.- Fall of 2012 Shocks, front and rear. - Fall of 2012 Steering coupling. - Summer of 2013 Ball joints, upper and lower, both sides. -Fall of 2012 New Interstate high-CCA battery - Winter of 2013 New Iridium Spark Plugs- Fall of 2012 New K&N Air Filter-Summer of 2012 Also includes 6 hubcaps, though not all are from a '64, and the cardboard interior from the trunk, intact. Needs: Full exhaust: Exhaust manifold (headers) cracked on both sides. Portions of the pipe are rusted through. Body restoration on front fender/wheel wells. Subframe rust in same spots, still minor. Some missing trim pieces: (bumper corners, front-left bullet below blinker/above lights) A/C disconnected from compressor. Heat works/ radiator does not leak. Carburetor is due for a rebuild, seals do leak. Transmission leaks, I believe from the engine coupling. Interior work: Front seats need reupholstering, rear are decent. Ceiling has at least one tear, is sagging. Loose/missing handles and trim, however mostly intact. Dash is still in excellent shape, no cracks. Rear-passenger side has crash-damage. This can be seen in the photos. Frame is straight, so this is all bodywork. Also, I do have the trim piece from this side. Overall the car runs and drives reliably. Leaks here and there. Great parts car or starting point in a hotrod project.
