This 2015 Passat is definatly a vehicle that slipped thought the hands of the insurance adjusters!! I purchased this vehicle last week from an Insurance company in Illinois branded as a flood. There was ZERO water intrusion to the interior, it was 100% dry and smells like new! The engine and transmission had zero water damage which made me scratch my head on why the insurance company put a salvage flood title on such a beautiful car? My only guess would be it was part of a parking lot flood in which this car was so new, the customer demanded a new car!
