You are bidding on a super nice fuel injected 1970 Custom C10 Chevy Suburban with rear air ride that is in excellent shape, very clean and ready to be driven anywhere. These are becoming increasingly more difficult to find in good shape and are only going up in value. This suburban spent most of its life in North Carolina and had very limited rust upon purchase. The objective of this project was to build a super cool dependable cruiser with a great blend of the old with the new that could be driven anywhere. The complete drive train, interior and suspension were removed and replaced with more modern mechanics and suspension making this ride much improved and way more practical than whenever it rolled off the assembly line in 1970. New McGaughys Drop kit w/ New Front drop spindles & front springsThe rear was bagged for an excellent ride and height adjustment….kit includes 2 rear bags with top and bottom mounting brackets, small air tank, paddle valve w/pressure gauge, and the a/c compressor is currently used to fill the tank. NO, it has a few minor bubbles, nicks & dings, and some rust underneath the doors. Again, nothing major....I just want to be honest and make sure you understand that it does have a few minor quirks....it has been driven daily as it was intended to do. The undercarriage has never been sprayed with undercoating and is in great shape…this is the reason I bought this suburban. Grey/Burgundy base coat/ clear coat paint is approximately 2 yrs. old…the top grey color is in almost perfect shape…the lower burgundy color does have a few nicks & small dings from being driven. Again, all the old drive train has been replaced with a 350 Chevy fuel injected TBI engine and 700r4 automatic overdrive trans, and all suspension has been upgraded and rebuilt in order to make this vehicle as dependable and practical as possible. The complete interior has been modernized as well with the comfort and amenities offered with today’s vehicles. Seats and interior from sound mat to the headliner were meticulously installed and appear to have come out of the factory that way. This suburban was built to be driven and can be anywhere….it is a true “ turn key” and drive home vehicle…don’t worry about bringing a trailer to pick it up….fly in and drive home!
