Chevrolet engine that is connected to a floor shifted three speed manual transmission. The interior has been refurbished with white and blue upholstery and the headliner has been replaced as well. Mechanically it has been modified with hydraulic brakes on all four wheels, tubular shock absorbers, Ford nine rear end and suspension upgrades. The glass is in excellent condition having no chipping or delamination and both windows operate easily and normally. The windshield tilts outward so fresh air can enter the cab during hot weather. The spare tire is mounted on the right front fender giving the truck a true classic appearance. The instrument panel has been updated with fully functioning Stewart Warner gauges including a tachometer. The steering wheel and column are aftermarket by Classic Custom. The bed is solid and appears to be virtually rust free. Sometime in its past a matte finish blue color with black shadowing was applied giving this truck what we would call today a RAT ROD appearance.The hard to find pieces for this period vehicle are in very good condition and don't need replacing. The 1934 grill is very straight and is free of dents or bent grill rails. As we stated before the body is all steel as no fiberglass components were used. There has been no modification of the body and the top has not been chopped. This 1934 Ford pickup can be successfully used in the condition that it is presently in or would be a fabulous unit for total restoration.
